~~tr or <br /> li ,4 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••~s~•O~.M'~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 152 U'7 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources -Personnel and Organization <br /> Development Division provides training, facilitation, and consulting support to all departments <br /> of the County in order to continually improve both personnel and organizational effectiveness <br /> and to maximize the potential of the County's human capital; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel and Organization Development Division will be holding the <br /> 2007 County Office Support Staff Conference "How to...and Stay Positive," which will be held <br /> at Aunty Sally's Luau Hale in Hilo on Thursday, June 7, 2007; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of this annual clerical conference is to recognize the office <br /> support staff for all their hazd work and dedication by giving them their "special" day to get <br /> together, shaze ideas, and network while attending training sessions that would enhance their <br /> work performance; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 5 will be transferred to the <br /> Department of Human Resources to help fund the 2007 County Office Support Staff Conference; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $1,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.151.5151.11 Depaztment of Human Resources $1,000 <br /> Training Expenses <br /> (2007 County Office Support Staff <br /> Conference) <br /> <br />
