These amendments were transmitted to the Council <br /> by Planning Director Christopher Yuen, in communication no. 200.13. <br /> Please note that this attached draft 4 contains two non-substantive formatting errors that we <br /> respectfully ask the Council to correct during their next hearing of this bill. <br /> First, the title of the section, "Section 11-4. Affordable housing requirements" should <br /> be removed from the text of the amendment. It is not a part of subsection (d) that is the <br /> subject of this amendment. With this text removed, SECTION 2 of the bill would read: <br /> SECTION 2.
