Chapter 2, Article 14, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) is <br /> amended to add a new section to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> 2- Authority to adopt rules and regulations <br /> The agency is authorized to adopt reasonable rules and reeulations as the <br /> a_Qency deems necessary for the administration of the conduct of the <br /> a_gencv's business includi~ rules and regulations for fees and charses for <br /> permits for advertisements on buses Rules shall be promuleated pursuant <br /> to Chapter 91 Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended. <br /> SECTION 2. Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this Ordinance, the brackets, the <br /> bracketed material and stricken material, and the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4.
