COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 12 <br />07 37 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 06-80, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2006 TO JUNE 30, 2007. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 06-80, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007, <br />is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Land Acquisition for Public Works Facilities <br />(110.399.5399.21) [$100,000] $1,000,000 <br />SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - <br />Fund Balance and/or other Sources <br />$ 900,000 <br />SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being <br />amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation. <br />SECTION 4.
