Robinson, of Kona, who is a 26-year resident of <br /> Hawaii and since 1991, has been the Land Manager with the <br /> Kamehameha Schools-Bishop Estate. Mr. Robinson is a member <br /> of the Kona District Soil and Conservation District, the <br /> Kona Coffee Council, the Hawaii Farm Bureau, the <br /> Kona-KOhala Chamber of Commerce, and the Tropical <br /> Reforestry and Environment Education Center. He is a <br /> member of the Republican Party. <br /> • Bill P. Thibadeau of Hilo is a 45-year resident of Hawaii <br /> and is presently retired. Prior to retirement, he was <br /> President of Hilo Transportation and Terminal Co. He is a <br /> member of the Rotary Club of Hilo and a member of the <br /> Hawaii County Tax Board of Review, whose term will expire <br /> on December 31, 1997. He is not affiliated with any <br /> political party. <br /> If approved, they will be replacing Harry H. Hasegawa of Kona, <br /> and Jeanne E.
