The grant funds, derived <br /> from the National Highway Safety Act of 1966, will be used to purchase equipment that will <br /> provide a well lit and well marked accident scene on poorly lit rural highways and to protect <br /> motor vehicle accident victims and the fire personnel from injury and death.
