Eighth Whereas Paragraph: "WHEREAS, the Council supports the development <br /> of a one-year pilot program to trap invasive feral pigs in residential and <br /> agricultural communities in Hawaii County by recommending a 250 000 <br /> [$~8A;000] appropriation for the Department of Research and Development to <br /> administer this vital program beginning on July 1, 2007 and ending <br /> June 30, 2008; and" <br /> 2.
