Page 23, Condition A. Delete the word "its". <br /> 2. Page 23, Condition B. Delete the word "its". <br /> 3. Page 23, Condition C, Last Sentence. Replace the word "will" with "shall". <br /> 4. Page 25, Condition H. Delete language and renumber the remaining Conditions. <br /> (This Condition is rather difficult to adhere to because the northern boundary is <br /> undeveloped and there are no plans available for the adjoining property to which <br /> a roadway can be linked.) <br /> 5. Page 25, New Condition H. Insert "in a manner as required by the Planning <br /> Department in consultation with the Department of Public Works." Delete <br /> "meeting with the requirements of Chapter 23, Subdivision Code. Roadway <br /> improvements within the proposed subdivision shall include curb, gutter and <br /> sidewalks." <br /> (Because the subdivision code is being revised and the outcome is unknown, <br /> the new language should accommodate any changes that may azise in the <br /> revision of the code.) <br /> 6..
