BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> AT&T invited the County of Hawaii to submit a grant application to support disaster relief to our community after <br /> the two earthquakes struck our island on October 15, 2006. Mayor Harry Kim applied for and was granted <br /> $100,000 from AT&T Foundation.
