,•tV ar <br /> ~C:; <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••••„~0~ Mrs' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 213 07 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, on June 30, 2007 Ka`u Ho`olaule`a, Ltd., anon-profit organization <br /> dedicated to serving youth, will be hosting the annual July 4`h Celebration and Parade in <br /> Na`alehu; and <br /> WHEREAS, the event always provides opportunities for collaboration and cooperation <br /> among community residents and local businesses and encourages continued partnerships <br /> throughout the year; and <br /> WHEREAS, this will also be an opportunity for island visitors and residents to <br /> experience the unique environment and culture of Ka`n ;and <br /> WHEREAS, this is a public event that encourages participation through media <br /> announcements, postings and disemmination of flyers and partnerships with local schools and <br /> businesses; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from council district 6 will be appropriated to the <br /> Prosecuting Attorny's Office to be used as a grant towards Ka`u Ho`olaule`a, Ltd., and the <br /> Annual July 4`h Celebration; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency $1,000 <br /> Relief <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Prosecuting Attorney's Office $1,000 <br /> Pros Atty Oce <br /> (Ka`u Ho'olaulea July 4a' <br /> Celebration) <br /> <br />
