iv or q__ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 208 U'7 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Waimea Transfer Station frequently experiences windy conditions due to the <br /> prevailing trade winds, causing trash and recycled items to be blown out of their receptacles and <br /> scattered on the ground downwind of the site; and <br /> WHEREAS, installation of a litter fence at the Waimea Transfer Station would capture <br /> windblown rubbish and enable workers to properly dispose of this loose rubbish; and <br /> WHEREAS, a litter fence at the Waimea Transfer Station will benefit the public by <br /> increasing health and safety conditions at this well-used County facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Environmental Management to fund the installation of a litter fence at the Waimea <br /> Transfer Station; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $25,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $25,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Environmental Management $25,000 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund - G <br /> (To be allotted to Rural Transfer Station <br /> Replacement/Enhancement Waimea Transfer <br /> Station Litter Fence 110.699.5699.23) <br /> <br />
