vv w'~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 210 0'7 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Pazks and Recreation, Culture & Community Arts <br /> Division has requested funds to enhance the efficiency of their programs; and <br /> WHEREAS, Culture & Community Arts Division also requested funds to purchase a <br /> laptop computer; and <br /> WHEREAS, Culture & Community Arts Division is assisting in planning of the <br /> dedication ceremony of the Ruth Oda Playground at Lincoln Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks & Recreation, Culture & Community Arts Division to be used towards <br /> the purchase of supplies, equipment and for the dedication ceremony at Ruth Oda Playground <br /> in Lincoln Park; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is herebytransferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $6,770 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-council SVC -Contingency Relief $6,770 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5517.21 Department of Pazks and Recreation $6,770 <br /> Culture & Arts, Class/Activities <br /> (Laptop Computer .454-$1,900) <br /> (Supplies & Equipment .345-$3,245) <br /> (Ruth Oda Playground Dedication .345-$1,625) <br /> <br />
