<br /> Section 17-28. Permit Fees. Section 17-17(a) & (b). Provisions relating to inspection fees <br /> were moved out of this section and into <br /> a new section 17-29. Minor changes <br /> were made to existing permit fee <br /> categories but no change was made to <br /> existing permit fees. Deletes fee <br /> category for swimming pools with <br /> drainage connection. New fee <br /> categories for medical gas piping and <br /> medical gas inlet/outlet. Provision <br /> added which increases application fees <br /> for work commenced without a permit <br /> from $10 to $100. Additional fees that <br /> are set per type of plumbing work are <br /> added to this higher base fee. In this <br /> sec., subsection (a) is from existing sec. <br /> 17-9(a). In new subsection (b), added <br /> a general statement that failure to <br /> comply with any of the provisions of the <br /> chapter shall constitute a violation of the <br /> chapter. <br /> Section 17-33.
