Higa, Council Member ~ <br /> SUBJECT: Request for Reconsideration of Resolution No.176-07 <br /> On May 2, 2007, the County Council adopted Resolution No.176-07 that transferred funds from <br /> the Clerk-Council SVC Contingency Relief account to the Department of Liquor Control to be <br /> used as a grant towards the Pana`ewa Family Center for the purchase of educational supplies <br /> ($11,000). <br /> Resolution 211-07 replaces Resolution 176-07 and appropriates the funds to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division Equipment instead. <br /> I would like to request that Resolution 176-07 be reconsidered at the Council's May 16ei meeting <br /> and that Resolution 211-07 be adopted. <br /> SKH/ader <br /> Comm.
