Section Minimum yards. <br /> The minimum vazds in the IJNV district shall be as follows: <br /> (a) Front and rear vazds, twenty feet; and <br /> (b) Side yards,ten feet. <br /> Section Other reeulations. <br /> {a) Plan approval is refired for all new structures and additions to existing <br /> structures in the iJNV district. <br /> (bl A maximum of twenty percent of a UNV district's land area may be in <br /> commercial use, including parkins. <br /> (c) The Plannine Director has the authoritXto vazy the parking requirements <br /> for on-campus housing, offices and for pedestrian-oriented commercial <br /> uses. <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect provisions or applications of the <br /> ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, <br /> <br /> the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 6.
