The appropriation will be used for a drainage improvement project in Kealakekua <br /> along the Mamalahoa Highway between Konawaena High School Road and Meleana Place on <br /> <br /> the mauka side of the highway. The project may include relocating the gate to increase water <br /> collection, realigning the concrete, rock, masonry wall, adding an additional drywell/sump near <br /> Meleana Place, and/or improving the ability of the culvert south of Meleana Place to receive <br /> floodwater. <br /> The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the expenditure account(s) is reflected <br /> below: <br /> Comm.
