The appropriation will be used for Napo`opo`o Road - Mamalahoa Highway <br /> Mauka Rock Face Improvement in Captain Cook. The appropriation will be used to design and <br /> construct a remedy for the deteriorating mauka rock face, improve the line-of-sight, and reduce <br /> <br /> the number of accidents at the intersection. Ordinance No. 94-92 (Bill 275; 9-2-94) appropriated <br /> $161, 250 from private funds for improvements to this intersection.
