Angel Pilago, Vice Chair <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> I strongly support Bill 61 Draft 2 concerning the County of Hawaii 2007-2008 Capital Budget. <br /> Bi1161 Draft 2 would add the following projects to the budget: <br /> New Waimea District Park Master Planning and Design - $0.75 million <br /> Waimea Trails & Greenways - $2 million <br /> Waimea Traffic Circulation Improvements - $9.505 million (no specific projects identified) <br /> Lindsey Road Bridge Replacement - $0.6 million <br /> I urge the council to pass Bill 61.
