ARTICLE 3. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br /> Section 17-47. Uniform Secs. 17-23 to 17-124. Adopts 1997 edition of the Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code adopted. Plumbing Code (UPC). Format was <br /> changed throughout to model format <br /> used by the City and County of <br /> Honolulu. Each change in the UPC is <br /> now described and set out in a <br /> paragraph rather than a section. This <br /> change was made to improve the <br /> readability of the code. Other <br /> substantive changes are described <br /> se aratel below. <br /> Sec. 17-47, par. (1). Secs. 17-24 This section was moved from sec. 17- <br /> {re. UPC sec. 204.0.} 24.
