No. 355 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 11:00 <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Environmental Management, to which was referred Communication 355 <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Communication 355 transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim appointing Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd as <br /> County of Hawaii Director of Environmental Management effective June 1, 2007. <br /> From Mayor Harry Kim, dated April 18, 2007. Ms. Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd is presently <br /> employed as a Deputy Corporation Counsel for the County of Hawaii. Prior to then, she was in <br /> <br /> private practice as an attorney in addition to representing District 2 on the Hawaii County <br /> Council for three and a half terms. She has also served as the Legislative Auditor for the County <br /> of Hawaii. She will replace Bazbaza Bell, who has served as the Director for this Department <br /> since 2002 and is resigning on Apri130, 2007.
