No. 304/ Resolution No. 138-07 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council room <br /> Ben Franklin Building <br /> 333 Kilauea Avenue, 2"d Floor <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 8:30 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br /> Resolution No. 138-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 138-07, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, via <br /> Communication No. 304, dated Apri14, 2007, asks that the County accept the dedication of Kukuna <br /> Street and Hane Street, in O`oma Plantation, being Tax Map Key: (3) 7-3-007:080, situated at O`oma, <br /> in the District of North Kona, County and State of Hawaii, from O`oma ,LLC. <br /> There was one testifier from Kona, Stacy Dickinson, speaking on behalf of O`oma, LLC. She asked <br /> that the County accept these roads. <br /> Council member Pilago stated that this was a timely acquisition for the County, and he urged the <br /> Council to vote in favor.
