No. 172-07 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:OOa.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 172-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 172-07, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 90 by Director of Finance <br /> William Takaba, via Communication No. 352, dated April 16, 2007, authorizing the acceptance <br /> of the monetazy contribution of $12,500 from the Firemans Fund Insurance Company's grant <br /> program, which issues funds to fire departments throughout the United States for various needs. <br /> The Hawaii Fire Department applied for and was granted said amount from this program to <br /> contract a certified instructor to train officers to the Instructor II level.
