No. 173-07 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 173-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 173-07, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 356, dated April 18, 2007, authorizes the acquisition of private property by eminent domain, <br /> being Tax Map Key: (3) 9-2-101-037, situate at Kahuku, District of Ka`u, County and State of <br /> Hawaii, for the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Exploratory and Construction Well Project.
