No. 186-07 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> <br /> TIME: 9:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 186-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 186-07, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, via Communication No. 377, dated <br /> <br /> April 26, 2007, in accordance with Section 89-10(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes, for Council <br /> action is a resolution authorizing the appropriation in future fiscal yeazs of funds to cover the <br /> cost items agreed to between the employers and the Hawaii Government Employees Association <br /> (HGEA) for bargaining units 02, 03, 04, 13 and employees excluded from those units for the <br /> contract period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009. <br /> Cost items presented for your consideration are across-the-board increases; step movements, <br /> increases to meal allowances, increase in night differential and increases in per diem rates.
