No. 188-07 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 9:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 188-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 188-07, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, via Communication No. 381, dated <br /> <br /> Apri127, 2007, authorizing the appropriation in future fiscal years of funds to cover the cost <br /> items awazded by the azbitration panel to resolve the impasse between the employers and the <br /> Hawaii Government Employees Association (HGEA) Bargaining Unit 09. The settlement <br /> covers the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009.
