I oppose Resolution 169-07. <br /> I strongly feel misinformation (falsehoods) have tainted the decision making and the true value <br /> of this resolution. I was asked by Senator Kokubun and Representative Herkies to join the Task Force <br /> for saving the coast of Ka' u and South Kona last year. After six months half of the Task Force quit because <br /> of intimidation, disrespect and discouragement by Ka'u Preservation, it resulted in a minority report by the <br /> few <br /> who stayed.
