In the Resolution why was a "hand-picked" group, Kau <br /> Preservation, listed as having submitted a management plan to <br /> manage the proposed park? <br /> i. Why are they the only ones to submit? <br /> ii. What are their qualifications? <br /> iii. What prior land management contracts have they worked <br /> on? Were they successful? <br /> iv.
