We <br /> request your continued support and the continued support of your fellow Hawaii County <br /> Council members in the passage of the Resolution 188-07. <br /> The HGEA initiated the negotiation process for the 2007-2009 Unit 09 <br /> Agreement in the Spring of 2006. We proceeded through negotiations, impasse and <br /> arbitration on behalf of all registered professional nurses in bazgaining unit 09. An <br /> Arbitration Decision was issued on April 18, 2007.
