<br /> (i) The police impact fees shall be calculated according to the following formula. <br /> FEE = EDUs x NET COST/EDU <br /> Where: <br /> EDUs = UNITS X EDUs/UNIT <br /> UNITS = Number of dwelling units of each housing type in the <br /> development or thousands of square feet of nonresidential <br /> buildings of each land use type <br /> EDUS/UNIT =Equivalent Dwelling Units represented by one dwelling unit of <br /> a given housing type or 1,000 square feet of nonresidential <br /> floor area of a given land use type. Calculated as the ratio of <br /> the functional population per dwelling unit or per 1,000 <br /> square feet to the furctional population of the typical single- <br /> family detached unit.
