They know the problems and what is needed. After all it is their territory. <br /> This Grant is not automatic and by eliminating it from the budget it is questionable when or if it <br /> will be available. In addition, once again, we will have to work to have it funded in this manner. <br /> This program will continue, even if left out of the current budget.. However, the DEA will come in and <br /> do it when and where and by THEIR own set of rules.
