As new business <br /> owners and residents of Kailua-Kona, we can see the need throughout the Village for an <br /> <br /> organized, and funded, effort to improve the appearance and safety of our wonderful <br /> village. In order for the Village to be prosperous it must appear prosperous and inviting <br /> to our visitors. As frequent visitors to Kailua-Kona for many years we have seen the <br /> decline in the properties, sidewalks and grounds.
