This is not good economic husiness and our visitor industry <br /> needs. <br /> I have seen first hand, the success of the Waikiki Business Improvement District and the Fort <br /> Street Mall Business Improvement District on Oahu. Kailua Village Business Improvement District <br /> could be the next success story. <br /> Through this legal mechanism the private and public sector will work in concert to improve and <br /> Maintain the physical appearance and aesthetics of public right of ways, increased cleanliness and <br /> security. <br /> Now is the time, we have the opportunity to do something positive for our community and to set <br /> an example for other to follow. <br /> Please support Bill 55, Draft 2. <br /> Mah lo, <br /> Valery O' rien~~~~~ Comm.
