As landowners of approximately 3 acres of <br /> property along Kuakini Highway in the heart of Kailua-Kona, we welcome the formation <br /> of K\BID, and look forward to participating in apublic-private partnership to enhance <br /> the quality of life in Kailua-Kona. We believe that the KVBID will enable Kailua to <br /> become safer and cleaner, and will improve the quality of life and the Kona experience <br /> for residents, business owners, and visitors alike. <br /> We tntst that the County Council will also see the significattt benefits to the KVBID, and <br /> will pass a resolution to form the District. <br /> We fully support the KV'ID, and respectfully request That the Council support the KVBID <br /> by passing Biil 55.
