This is what the Public Access, Open Space, and <br /> <br /> Natural Resources Preservation Fund was established for. <br /> The community's plan for Punalu'u is far superior to building a thousand luxury homes, a <br /> couple of resorts, and shopping mall. <br /> That may work for some communities, but not Ka'u. <br /> Now is the time for us to look to the future for more sustainable ways of living and <br /> learning in our communities.
