COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />07 82 <br />Bill No. 60 <br />Draft 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2007 TO JUNE 30, 2008. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to establish an operating <br />budget for the County of Hawai'i in compliance with subsection 10-3(a), Hawai'i County <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. General Summary and Comparative Statements of Revenues and <br />Expenditures. A simple, clear, general summary of the detailed contents of the operating <br />budget and comparative statements of revenues and expenditures are hereby presented. <br />
