The property is located along the north side of Lanihuli <br /> Street, approximately 256 feet east of the Lanihuli Street-Kinoole Street intersection, Waiakea, <br /> South Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicants aze requesting a one (1) year extension of time to comply with <br /> Condition B of Ordinance No. 93-101, which requires the applicants to secure Final Plan <br /> Approval within one year from the effective date of the ordinance.
