Aerial view of the proposed yield change location at Kilauea Avenue Bridge. <br /> 2. Traffic counts of the existing conditions during the afternoon peak hour between 5 <br /> and 6 pm July 17, 2007. <br /> 3. Traffic counts of the existing conditions during the morning peak hour between 7 <br /> and 8 am July 18, 2007. <br /> 4. Traffic animation showing worse condition for existing conditions in PM peak <br /> hour. <br /> 5. Traffic animation showing worse condition for proposed conditions in PM peak <br /> hour. <br /> CONCLUSIONS: <br /> Reversal of yield condition will eliminate congestion at the intersection of Haihai Street and Kilauea <br /> and will cause a queue in the northerly direction of five to six vehicles.
