DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL <br /> Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> The undersigned agrees, on behalf of the applicant agency, that: <br /> 1. This project, upon approval, shall constitute an official part of Hawaii's Anti-Trafficking Task Force <br /> Grant Program established under the Trafficking Victirns Protection Act of 2000 (Public Law 106- <br /> 386), as amended. <br /> 2. Any grant awazded pursuant to this application shall be subject to and will be administered in <br /> conformity with: <br /> (a) general conditions applicable to administration of grants under Title VI, Subtitle C, Part E, <br /> Subpart 1, of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-690), as amended, as <br /> applicable; <br /> (b) conditions applicable to the fiscal administration of grants under Title VI, Subtitle C, Part E, <br /> Subpart 1, of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-690), as amended, as <br /> applicable; <br /> (c) conditions applicable to grants administered by the Bureaus of Justice Assistance; <br /> (d) any special conditions contained in the grant awazd; and <br /> (e) general and fiscal regulations of the Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division. <br /> 3.
