Grantee shall, in a proper and satisfactory <br /> manner, as determined by Agency, and in accordance with the <br /> terms and conditions of this Contract, use the funds received <br /> under this Contract for the purposes stated herein and in <br /> accordance with the "Application For Grant" (Parts I through IV <br /> including all certifications required under Section C) attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference incorporated herein. It <br /> is understood that this Contract includes as a part hereof any <br /> rules, relevant directives or instructions issued by the United <br /> States or the Agency, including the provisions of the federal <br /> Office of Management and Budget circulars and the effective <br /> edition of the Office of Justice Programs' Guideline Manual <br /> entitled "Financial and Administrative Guide for Grants." <br /> B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br /> from September 1, 2007 to and including May 31, 2008 <br /> <br /> unless this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter <br /> <br /> provided or unless this Contract is extended in accordance with <br /> Section L of this Contract. <br /> C.
