representations made in the Debarment Certification are true at <br /> the time this Contract is executed and will remain true <br /> throughout the entire term of the Contract and any extensions, <br /> and that Grantee shall fulfill any and all terms and conditions <br /> set forth therein. <br /> 5. Prior to, or concurrently with the <br /> execution of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee <br /> shall complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification <br /> Regarding Lobbying, hereinafter referred to as the "Lobbying <br /> Certification", and any subsequent disclosure forms required <br /> under Section 1352, Title 31 U. S. C. A copy of the Lobbying <br /> Certification shall be included in Part IV of the Application <br /> for Grant.
