The new Condition "E" reads as follows: <br /> "E Notwithstanding Section 25-4-51(a)(3). the proiect shall provide a minimum of one <br /> parking space for each two hundred square feet of gross floor azea. or the requirements of Section <br /> 25-4-51, whichever is greater.
