t~ o• y- <br /> a <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .,a,N'+ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 305 07 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Committee on the Status of Women's Hall of Fame <br /> Awards Ceremony is to be held on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at the Hilo Waikoloa Village <br /> Waters Edge Ballroom; and <br /> WHEREAS, nominees for the Women's Hall of Fame aze from Hawaii County, <br /> represent all walks of life, aze looked up to as role models, mentor others to move ahead in their <br /> lives, have the spirit of aloha, have a strong moral code of ethics, and have succeeded in areas to <br /> advance the status of women; and <br /> WHEREAS, six women from the Big Island will be honored for being outstanding roles <br /> models in Hawaii County and the name of any woman who deserves recognition can sent to the <br /> Committee on the Status of Women via mail at 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, HI 96720, or via fax at <br /> (808) 961-6553, by September 1, 2007; <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br /> the Office of Management to provide financial assistance to the Committee on the Status of <br /> Women, to be used towards the Hall of Fame Awazds Ceremony; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.111.5115.20 Office of Management $2,500 <br /> Committee on the Status of Women <br /> (Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony) <br /> <br />
