HIRAYAMA AND DIANNE S. <br /> HIRAYAMA. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, EDWARD K. HIRAYAMA and DIANNE S. HIRAYAMA, Trustees of the <br /> Edwazd K. Hirayama Revocable Living Trust, aze the owners of Lot 6-B, containing an azea of <br /> 500 squaze feet, identified as being a portion of Tax Map Key: (3)2-2-050:008, and situated at <br /> Waiakea, in the District of South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii (see Exhibit "A" attached); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Edward K. Hirayama and Dianne S. Hirayama have constructed all roadway <br /> improvements within Lot 6-B as required by change of zone Ordinance No. 04-27 to the <br /> satisfaction of the Depaztment of Public Works and the Planning Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, Edwazd K. Hirayama and Dianne S. Hirayama, aze desirous of dedicating <br /> the subject parcel, including all improvements thereon, to the County of Hawaii; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 6-B is in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that the <br /> council may accept gifts, which include the dedication of land, on behalf of the County of <br /> Hawaii. <br /> <br />
