However, the <br /> following conditions are recommended: <br /> 1. A sewer easement map that shows the location of sewer line installation <br /> <br /> I and the connection be submitted for review. <br /> <br /> I <br /> 2. Agreement that the developer understands that the W WD will not be <br /> responsible for maintaining the sewer lines within this easement. <br /> <br /> ~ 3.
