BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> A Project Data/Financial Impact Statement is attached. <br /> The County was recently notified that the availability of SRF funding has been severely limited due to the <br /> award of SRF funding for several City and County of Honolulu projects which have depleted available <br /> funding. It appears that SRF Funding will not be available for this project. <br /> The additional $4,000,000 in G.O.
