The new Condition "E" reads as follows: <br /> "E. Notwithstanding Section 25-4-51(al(5), the project shall provide a minimum of one and <br /> three-quarters pazking spaces for each unit, or the rectuirements of Section 25-4-51, whichever is <br /> greater.
