<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br /> AGRICULTURAL - 1 ACRE (A-la) TO MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - 1,500 <br /> SQUARE FEET (RM-I.5) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX <br /> <br /> MAP KEY 2-3-37:15. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Multiple Family Residential - 1,500 square feet (RM-1.5): <br /> Beginning at a point at the north corner of this pazcel of land being also the northwest <br /> corner of Lot 7 and on the southeasterly side of Ponahawai Street the coordinates of said <br /> point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being <br /> 921.09 feet south and 529.69 feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise from <br /> true South: <br /> Thence along Lot 7, along a curve to <br /> the right having a radius of 20.00 <br /> feet, the chord azimuth and distance <br /> being: <br /> 1. 277° 30' 28.28 feet; <br /> 2. 322° 30' 425.00 feet along Lot 7; <br /> 3. 54° 34' S5" 144.38 feet along Lot 7; <br /> 4. 147° 20' 445.00 feet along Lot 9 to a point at the <br /> southeasterly side of Ponahawai <br /> Street; <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
