~,tv os <br /> t~'~~;: <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ...jf o,.X'+~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 323 07 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, there will be a Halloween program at the Pu`u`eo Community Center, <br /> which will provide youngsters with a safe place to enjoy the evening, and will include games, <br /> light refreshments, trick or treat goodie bags, entertainment, and other activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the programs and events conducted at the Pu`u`eo Community Center <br /> are enjoyed by members of the Pu`u`eo community, as well as members of the general public; <br /> and it is anticipated that this program will attract many families from Pu`u`eo and the <br /> surrounding communities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pu`u`eo Community Center is in need of additional equipment and <br /> supplies for the event, including tables, chairs, tents for protection from the elements for the <br /> outdoor activities, as well as games and other items; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation agrees that the purchase of these <br /> items will also enhance the ongoing activities and services that Pu`u`eo Community Center <br /> provides to the community and the general public; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated <br /> to the Department of Parks & Recreation to be used towards the Halloween program; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> <br />
