+tY Oe N 4 <br /> ~l <br /> ' •.4 <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 336 0'7 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested funds to purchase <br /> new netting for the batting cage at the Francis Wong Stadium; and <br /> WHEREAS, the netting for the batting cages at the Francis Wong Stadium needs <br /> repair; and <br /> WHEREAS, replacing the netting at the batting cage will increase the safety of both <br /> the public and the users; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated <br /> to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase of netting for the <br /> batting cage at Francis Wong Stadium; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div.
