.B. NO. <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: <br /> 1 SECTION 1. There shall be established a program for <br /> 2 inspection, enforcement and true disclosure in packaging and <br /> 3 labeling of agricultural products to include front package <br /> 4 labeling of Countries of Origin of all percentages of non <br /> 5 Hawaiian produce. <br /> 6 SECTION 2. There shall be front label packaging of 1000 <br /> 7 Hawaiian Honey, Macadamia Nuts and Coffee as described under the <br /> 8 Federal COOL Act. <br /> 9 SECTION 3. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed <br /> 10 and stricken. New statutory material is underscored. <br /> 11 SECTION 4.
